For our office at the Hoefweg in Bleiswijk we are currently looking for an enthusiastic person for a Job coach position. The position of Job coach requires the following:

-Assertiveness

-Good communication

-Good organization of working time

-Stress resistance

-Flexibility

-Problem-solving skills and mindset

-Team player

-Driving license

-Knowledge of following languages : English or Dutch and at least one of the following : Polish, Romanian , Moldavian, Russian , Ukrainian , Latvian , Lithuanian.

The responsibilities of a Job coach in an employment agency include many tasks that are important for the proper operation of the company. Coordinating temporary workers requires good organization skills and the ability to talk to people to ensure good cooperation between the agency, workers and clients. The coordinator helps the employees with their daily duties and supports the clients in finding the right people for the job. Through his work, he makes sure that everyone is satisfied with the cooperation and the results achieved.
