In the factory, we work every day on high-quality wooden window frames and doors, and your eye for detail truly makes the difference. You will join a no-nonsense team where hard work and a friendly atmosphere go hand in hand.
What will you do?In the final assembly department, you ensure that every product is finished down to the smallest detail. Using technical drawings, you will work independently on tasks such as:
- Installing hardware such as hinges, locks, and door handles.
- Placing and accurately adjusting thresholds.
- Performing a thorough final inspection: you check whether everything is neat, straight, and functions smoothly before the product leaves the factory.
- Working closely with colleagues to meet planning deadlines, without unnecessary pressure. Quality always comes first.
What do we expect from you?Diplomas are less important to us than your attitude and practical skills. We especially appreciate it if you:
- Have technical insight and enjoy hands-on work.
- Live in or near Sneek.
- Have a good command of the Dutch or English language.
- Are a pleasant colleague who enjoys a bit of humor in the workplace.
What do we offer you?- A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,300, depending on experience and knowledge.
- With good performance, a permanent contract is offered quickly; we like to invest in long-term cooperation.
